Ingredients
  • 1 package Stonefire Naan flatbreads (2 come in a pack)
  • 8 oz container whipped cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon (prepackaged or link to recipe in post above)
  • fresh or dried dill
  • Optional: lemon wedges when serving
Instructions
  1. Put the flatbreads on a tray and spread the whipped cream cheese evenly over each flatbread.

  2. Sprinkle the cheese over each one. Break the salmon into smaller pieces and put the salmon evenly over each flatbread along with the dill.

  3. Set your Traeger pellet grill to 350 degrees and place the flatbreads directly on the grill grate. They will cook for 14 to 16 minutes, remove them when the cheese is melted.

Note: These can also be cooked on a baking sheet in a 350 degree oven for 14 to 16 minutes.

  4. Serve with lemon wedges on the side to squeeze over top if desired.
