Air Fryer Lemon Herb Chicken Thighs are juicy and flavorful and one of the easiest air fryer recipes, always a family favorite dinner!
Put the chicken thighs in a gallon size plastic bag. Put the lemon juice into the bag and add the chopped herbs, olive oil, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Massage the bag until evenly combined and marinate in the fridge at least an hour or overnight.
Put the chicken thighs, skin side up, in the air fryer and sprinkle more kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes over top. Set the temp to 390 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until the internal temp is above 165 degrees.
