Ingredients
  • 4 to 5 chicken thighs
  • 3 Tbsps lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh herbs (I used thyme, basil, rosemary, and chives)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Put the chicken thighs in a gallon size plastic bag. Put the lemon juice into the bag and add the chopped herbs, olive oil, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.

  2. Massage the bag until evenly combined and marinate in the fridge at least an hour or overnight.

  3. Put the chicken thighs, skin side up, in the air fryer and sprinkle more kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes over top. Set the temp to 390 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until the internal temp is above 165 degrees.

    Note: Cook time will depend on the size of the chicken thighs.
