Ingredients
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 to 3 Tbsps sriracha seasoning (dry seasoning found in spice section of grocery store)
  • 1 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • Optional: lemon wedge to squeeze over top, ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
  1. Pat the shrimp dry and put them in a bowl. Add the olive oil, dry sriracha seasoning, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly mixed.

  2. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes.

  3. Serve with lemon and ranch for dipping if desired. Or add to a wrap, taco, or salad.
