Chicken Cordon Bleu Flatbreads can be baked in the oven or cooked in your pellet grill for extra flavor, an easy to make fabulous dinner

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 packages Stonefire Naan Flatbreads (2 flatbreads come in each package)
  • 8 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup diced deli ham
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: parsley for garnish
Instructions
  1. Put the mayo and mustard in a bowl and stir until combined.

  2. Put the four flatbreads on a tray or baking sheet. Evenly spread the mayo mustard over each flatbread.

  3. Add two slices of swiss cheese to each flatbread and top each with the chicken, ham, and mozzarella cheese.

  4. Cook according to one of these methods:

    Oven: Place the flatbreads in a 375 degree oven on a baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes.

    Traeger/ pellet grill: Place the flatbreads on the grill grate of your Traeger/ pellet grill preheated to 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

  5. Serve with parsley sprinkled over top for garnish if desired.
