Ingredients
  • 8 slices bacon (regular cut slices, not thick)
  • 2 Tbsps maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • Optional: a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce
Instructions
  1. Twist each slice of bacon several times until it's pretty thin and place each in the air fryer basket.

  2. Set the air fryer to 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Check the bacon after a few mintes to see if they moved, if so use a fork to put them back in place.

  3. Mix together the maple syrup, brown sugar, and hot sauce if using. Brush this on the twisted bacon. Set the air fryer to 350 degrees for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, depending on how you like your bacon cooked.

  4. Let the bacon cool for several inutes before serving.
