Ingredients
  • 1 8 count tube jumbo biscuits
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • Toppings of choice (we used pepperoni)
Instructions
  1. Roll the biscuits flat and brush one side with olive oil, place in the air fryer oil side down and brush the top side with olive oil. Poke a few times with a fork to make sure they stay flat. Set the air fryer to 370 degrees for 3 minutes.

Note: Depending on air fryer size you may need to cook in small batches, mine fit 4 at a time.

  2. Flip the biscuits and set the air fryer to 370 degrees for 3 to 4 more minutes.

  3. Remove the biscuits crust, roll flat if needed, and top each with pizza sauce, mozzerella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, pepper, and any toppings of choice.

  4. Place the pizzas back into the air fryer basket and cook at 370 for 3 to 4 more minutes.

Note: Check after a minute to see if any of your toppings blew off, if so just put them back.
