Ingredients
  • 4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce (Asian section of grocery store)
  • 1/4 cup peanut sauce (Asian section of grocery store)
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • Optional: cilantro, crushed peanuts, more hoisin or peanut sauce for dipping
Instructions
  1. Trim the chicken thighs if needed and place in a gallon size plastic bag.

  2. Add the hoisin sauce, peanut sauce, sriracha, garlic paste, kosher salt, and pepper to the bag. Masage the bag until the chicken is coated and marinate in the fridge overnight.

  3. Prehat the grill to medium high. Grill the chicken 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature is above 165 degrees.

  4. Garnish with cilantro and peanuts if desired, and serve with extra hoisin or peanut sauce for dipping if you'd like.
