Air Fryer Parmesan Ranch Potatoes are a simple and delicious side dish recipe for the air fryer, the perfect side item to go with dinner
Cut the potatoes in half and place them in a bowl.
Add the melted butter, parmesan, dry ranch seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly mixed.
Note: The butter will turn back to a solid, which helps the seasoning stick.
Put the potatoes cut side down in the air fryer basket. Spoon any extra butter mixture from the bowl over the potatoes.
Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Note: These are soft, and not meant to be crisp. If you want a crisper potato, turn them over with the cut side up and cook 3 to 4 more minutes in the air fryer at 400 degrees.
Serve with extra parmesan cheese or ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
