Ingredients
  • 10 to 12 petite gold potatoes
  • 2 Tbsps melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice (I used mozzarella)
  • Optional: parsley for garnish
Instructions
  1. Put the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 380 for 15 minutes.

  2. Carefully remove the potatoes and smash them with a jar (I used a mason jar). Place them back in the air fryer.

  3. Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the potatoes and set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 11 to 13 more minutes (depending how crispy you prefer).

  4. Top the potatoes with the cheese and put back in the air fryer 1 to 2 more more minutes or until melted. Garnish with parsley if desired.
