Ingredients
  • 1 package Stonefire Naan Flatbreads (2 come in a package)
  • olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked, diced steak (I used leftover grilled steak)
  • 1 cup caramelized onions (Link to Slow Cooker Caramelized Onions in post above)
  • Optional: blue cheese or goat cheese crumbles
Instructions
  1. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.

  2. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over each one. Top the flatbreads with the steak, caramelized onions, and remaining mozzarella cheese. Add blue cheese or goat cheese crumbles if desired.

  3. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

Note: These can also be cooked on a Traeger pellet grill at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes right on the grill grate.
