Buffalo Chicken Taco Dip is like regular taco dip only instead of taco meat it's ground chicken with buffalo sauce with ranch and blue cheese

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • Optional: blue cheese crumbles, green onions, more buffalo sauce, chips of choice for dipping
Instructions
  1. Set a skillet over medium heat and once hot add the olive oil and ground chicken. Cook 6 to 8 minutes. Drain any excess liquid. Add the buffalo sauce and stir until evenly mixed. Let cool.

  2. Mix together the dry ranch seasoning and sour cream.

  3. Spread the sour cream/ ranch mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.

  4. Add the buffalo chicken over the sour cream/ ranch mixture and top with the lettuce, cheese, and blue cheese crumbles, green onion, and more buffalo sauce drizzled over top if desired. Serve with chips for dipping such as tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops.
