A light, healthy chicken salad with lots of yummy Greek ingredients
In a large bowl combine the cooked, shredded chicken with the Greek yogurt, light mayo, cucumber, olives, sun dried tomatoes, and feta cheese. Stir until evenly combined.
Taste for seasoning and add kosher salt and pepper according to your taste.
Serve with fresh basil on top and with grilled pita or Naan bread if desired.
