Tortellini and Ham Alfredo is an easy and kid friendly meal, it's perfect for leftover ham! A one pot meal that's cheesy and delicious!

Ingredients
  • 1 12 oz package tortellini
  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 pound diced ham (I diced a thick cut ham steak)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water while you make the cream sauce.

  2. To the same pot add the butter and once melted add the cream, bring to a boil and reduce the heat to simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.

  3. Add the parmesan cheese, kosher salt, and pepper and stir until melted. Then add the diced ham, frozen peas, and cooked tortellini.
