  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 9.25 oz bag Fritos
  • 8 oz queso cheese dip
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (I used Mexican blend)
  • Toppings: shredded lettuce, sour cream, jalapenos, hot sauce
Instructions
  1. Set a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook 4 to 6 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease and add the taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water. Cook 3 to 5 more minutes.

  2. Pour the bag of Fritos in a 9x13 casserole dish and press them slightly, breaking them just a bit. Put the taco meat evenly over top of the Fritos and add the queso cheese dip and shredded cheese over top,

  3. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

  4. Serve with toppings such as shredded lettuce, sour cream, jalapenos, hot sauce.
