An easy taco recipe that's big on flavor
In a skillet over medium heat add the spicy chorizo sausage. Cook 5-8 minutes, breaking apart as it cooks. Drain the sausage on a plate lined with paper towels.
In another skillet over medium high heat add the tortillas in a single layer, flip after 30 seconds and remove from pan after 30 more seconds to warm the tortillas. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Assemble the tacos by adding some of the spicy chorizo to each tortilla, then add cheese, cilantro, Herdez Guacamole Salsa, and pickled red onions.
