Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz box cornbread (I used Krusteaz Honey Cornbread)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 4 oz can green chiles
  • 2 cups shredded cheese of choice (I used Mexican blend)
Instructions
  1. Put the cornbread mix, eggs, corn, creamed corn, melted butter, sour cream, and green chiles in a bowl and stir until evenly combined. Add the cheese and fold the cheese in until evenly mixed.

  2. Pour this mixture in a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
