Smoked Salmon Paninis are simple and easy to make, smoked salmon on good quality bread with cream cheese and fresh dill for the perfect meal
Spread the cream cheese on two slices of bread, add the salmon to one slice of bread with cream cheese and the dill to the other slice with cream cheese. Put them together to make a sandwich and repeat with making the other sandwich.
Heat a panini press to medium high heat. Add the sandwiches and press down. Let cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the bread is toasted the way you prefer.
Note: My bread was rather large so I was only able to fit one sandwich at a time, so I cooked them in two batches.
Cut the paninis in half and serve right away.
