Turkey Club Roll Ups is my version of roll ups that used to be on Applebee's menu, super simple to make and serve with toppings of choice

Ingredients
  • 4 soft tortillas (I used 8 inch)
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices swiss cheese
  • 12 slices deli turkey
  • Toppings of choice: shredded lettuce, sour cream, salsa (or add mayo to tortilla before baking)
Instructions
  1. Lay the soft tortillas flat. Lay a slice each of cheddar and swiss and lay the turkey slices over top.

  2. Roll the tortillas and place on a baking sheet, seam side down. Top each with a slice of cheddar and swiss.

  3. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

  4. Serve with toppings of choice such as lettuce, sour cream, and salsa. (tortilla chips on the side are a great combo)
