Marinated steak served with a homemade yum yum sauce
Cut the steak into 1 inch cubes and place in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, honey, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In a large skillet or Blackstone griddle/ flat top grill over medium high heat add the oil and steak. Cook 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with the Yum Yum sauce for dipping. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
