Steak Fried Rice Salad is perfect for meal prepping, using store bought salad kits and leftover steak fried rice topped with yum yum sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 13 oz Sesame Asian salad kits (produce section of grocery store)
  • 3 cups leftover steak fried rice (link to recipe in post above or restaurant leftovers)
  • 4 oz yum yum sauce
Instructions
  1. Put the chopped salad in a large bowl and add the salad dressing that comes with the kit. Toss until combined and divide the salad between 2 plates or bowls.

    Note: If meal prepping divide the lettuce between 4 containers and pack the dressing and salad toppings on the side on cups with lids.

  2. Warm the leftover chicken fried rice slightly, I aimed for room temp. Top each salad with the rice and the crispy wontons that come with the salad kit.

  3. Drizzle the yum yum sauce over the rice before serving.
