Fireball Whiskey French Toast adds a fun and spicy kick to breakfast or brunch by including Fireball with a hint of cinnamon to french toast
Put the eggs, Fireball, milk (or creamer), brown sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl and whisk until evenly combined.
Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Once heated add the butter and dip the bread into the egg mixture on both sides and then into the skillet or griddle.
Note: Depending on size of skillet/ griddle this may need to be done in a few smaller batches.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve with toppings of choice such as powdered sugar, maple syrup and/or fresh berries.
