Sweet Thai Chili Burgers are huge half pound burgers with sweet Thai chili sauce and Asian flavors, served on buns with spicy mayo
Put the ground beef in a large bowl and add the sweet Thai chili sauce, soy sauce, grated carrot, green onions, and garlic.
Mix with your hands and form into 4 burger patties.
Preheat the grill to medium high. Grill the burgers 5 to 6 minutes per side. Put 2 cheese slices over top of the burgers during the last minute.
Serve the burgers on the burger buns with toppings of choice such as lettuce, slaw, spicy mayo, sriracha, and/or more sweet Thai chili sauce.
