Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp chopped, fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil if pan frying or cooking on a Blackstone grill
  • 4 burger buns
Instructions
  1. Put the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, 1/2 of the Tbsp garlic paste, kosher salt, and pepper in a small bowl and whisk until combined. Set aside for topping the burgers.

  2. Put the ground lamb, feta cheese, balsamic vinegar, remaining 1/2 Tbsp garlic, kosher salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Use your hand to gently combine and form into 4 burger patties.

  3. Preheat a grill, cast iron skillet, or Blackstone griddle over medium high heat. Once heated put the burgers on the grill or skillet (add olive oil first if using a skillet or Blackstone griddle). Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side.
