Chili Lime Shrimp Kabobs are simply seasoned but big on flavor, and served with a cilantro avocado sauce for dipping made with greek yogurt
Put the shrimp on 4 kabob skewers.
Put the olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, kosher salt, and pepper in a small bowl and stir until combined. Brush this mixture on both sides on the shrimp kabobs.
Preheat the grill to medium high. Once heated, put the shrimp kabobs on the grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Serve with the Avocado Cilantro Dipping Sauce if desired.
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until evenly combined. Serve with the shrimp for dipping.
