Ingredients
  • 1 roll refrigerated jumbo flaky biscuits (8 biscuits in a pack)
  • 2 Tbsps melted butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pound sliced ham
  • 8 slices cheese of choice (colby jack, swiss, cheddar)
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions
  1. Bake the biscuits according to package directions in a greased 9x13 dish.. Let cool slightly and remove the top part of each biscuit (the flaky biscuits usually separate around the middle making them easy to peel the top half off).

  2. Beat the 6 eggs in a bowl and add some kosher salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium low heat add 1 Tbsp of the butter and pour the eggs in a single layer. Let cook for 2 minutes, flip, and cook another minute or two. Cut into 8 pieces. 

  3. Divide the ham evenly among the 8 biscuits, lay a piece of egg on each over the ham, and top each with a slice of cheese. Put the biscuit tops over top.

  4. Mix the mustard and worcestershire sauce with the remaining melted butter. Brush over top of each biscuit. Cover with foil and place in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
