Ingredients
  • 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or thin cut chicken breasts)
  • 3 Tbsps honey
  • 3 Tbsps dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsps Sriracha
  • kosher salt, pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim extra fat from the chicken if needed and place the chicken in a gallon size plastic bag

  2. Add the honey, dijon mustard, and Sriracha to a bowl and whisk until combined. Pour half of this sauce to the bag with the chicken, massage the bag until the chicken is coated. Marinate in the fridge at least an hour or overnight.

  3. Season the chicken with kosher salt and pepper. Grill the chicken over medium to medium high heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side, brush with a little of the remaining sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.

  4. Serve with the rest of the sauce for dipping.
