Breaded chicken air fried to perfection and served with copycat Cane's sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl mix until evenly combined. Set aside.
Cut each chicken breast into 4 strips (8 strips total).
Dip 4 of the chicken strips into the melted butter and then into the panko bread crumbs. Press the panko into the chicken so it sticks. Place the 4 strips in the air fryer basket, sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
Set the air fryer for 20 minutes at 390 degrees.
Note: These can also be baked in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Repeat with the remaining 4 strips of chicken.
Serve with Copycat Cane's Dipping Sauce.
