Traeger Pulled Pork Nachos is the perfect recipe for leftover pulled pork, who knew you could make delicious nachos on the Traeger grill

Ingredients
  • 1 8 oz bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups cooked pulled pork
  • 3 cups shredded cheese of choice
  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, jalapenos, sweet pickled red onions (recipe in post above), hot sauce
Instructions
  1. Place half of the chips in a cast iron skillet, sheet pan, or foil pan. Top with 1/2 of the cooked pulled pork and half of the cheese.

  2. Place the remaining chips evenly over the first layer, add the remaining pork and cheese.

  3. Place on the Traeger that has been preheated to 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted to your liking.

  4. Top with BBQ sauce and add optional toppings of choice such as sour cream, jalapenos, sweet pickled red onions, and/or hot sauce.
