Traeger Honey Sriracha Salmon has the perfect sweet and spicy combo cooked on the Traeger grill on foil for lots of flavor and no clean up
Lay the salmon skin side down on a piece of foil. Fold the edges in slightly around the salmon (picture example in post above).
Note: Recommend to put this on a tray to carry it to and from the Traeger.
Add the honey, sriracha, and soy sauce to a bowl and whisk it together.
Set half of this mixture aside (for a dipping sauce) and brush most of the remaining honey sriracha sauce over the salmon.
Preheat the Traeger grill to 400 degrees. Place the salmon in foil on the grill for 30 minutes. Brush more of the honey sriracha sauce during the last 5 minutes. Check for an internal temp of 145 degrees.
Note: Can also be baked in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turn broiler on high during the last 2 minutes for a caramelized top.
Serve the salmon with the remaining honey sriracha sauce that was set aside earlier.
