Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground chorizo sausage
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp paprika
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese of choice
  • 1 tomato
  • Fritos Scoops or tortilla chips for dipping
Instructions
  1. Set a skillet over medium heat. Add the chorizo sausage and cook 5 to 6 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Remove from skillet and drain excess grease and let it cool.

  2. Add the chili powder and paprika to the container of sour cream and stir until evenly mixed. Spread the sour cream evenly in a 9x13 casserole dish.

  3. Add the cooked chorizo on top of the sour cream and evenly sprinkle the lettuce and then the cheese over top.

  4. Dice the tomato and place evenly over top. Serve the dip with Fritos Scoops or tortilla chips.
