Ingredients
  • 1 pound rotini pasta (or any short cut pasta you prefer)
  • 1 16 oz jar alfredo sauce
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 pound ham diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 45 butter crackers (I used Ritz) crushed into crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
Instructions
  1. Boil the pasta in salted water according to package directions, drain and put back into the pot that you boiled it in.

  2. Add the alfredo sauce, milk (I poured the milk into the empty alfredo jar and shook to get all the alfredo out), ham, peas, and shredded cheese. Add kosher salt and pepper, then stir until evenly mixed.

Note: The cheese will start to melt but it's okay if it's not completely melted.

  3. Mix it with the cracker crumbs and melted butter. Top the casserole with the buttery cracker crumbs. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
