Ingredients
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsps pure maple syrup
  • 1 to 2 Tbsps Sriracha (depending on spice preference)
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 bone in pork chops
Instructions
  1. Dice the onion and slice the apples. Put the onion and apples in a 9×13 pan or sheet pan.

  2. Add the olive oil, cinnamon, kosher salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated. Make room for the pork chops and place them in the middle of the pan.

  3. In a small bowl whisk together the maple syrup, Sriracha, and soy sauce. Brush this mixture on all sides of the pork chops. Sprinkle the pork lightly with kosher salt and pepper.

  4. Place in a 400 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes (depending on pork thickness, until internal temp is 145 degrees). Toss the apples and onions halfway through cooking.
