Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large, burrito size tortilla
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • garlic powder
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • Italian seasoning
Instructions
  1. Set a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat (I used cast iron). You do not need to let it preheat. Add the olive oil and spread it evenly and add the flour tortilla.

  2. Spread the pizza sauce over the tortilla, sprinkle the cheese over top and garlic powder. Place the pepperoni slices over the cheese and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

  3. Keep the pizza on the stove until the cheese starts to melt (approx 3 to 5 minutes). Place the skillet in a 450 degree oven for 4 to 5 more minutes.

  4. Carefully remove from skillet, slide onto a cutting board and slice.
