Ingredients
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp garlic paste or fresh minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 6 chicken thighs (approx. 2 pounds)
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • Optional: extra parmesan cheese to garnish
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, dry ranch seasoning packet, garlic, and parmesan cheese.

  2. Set 1/4 cup of the sauce aside. Place the chicken thighs in a gallon size plastic bag, pour the remaining sauce over the chicken. Close the bag and massage until evenly coated. Put the bag in the fridge to marinate at least 1 hour.

  3. Place the chicken in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Brush with the buffalo sauce halfway through cooking and again about 2 minutes before it's done. During those last 2 minutes turn the broiler on high to make a crispier skin.

  4. Serve extra parmesan cheese sprinkled over top if desired.
