Chicken thighs seasoned with buffalo sauce and garlic parmesan, all baked in one simple dish!
In a bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, dry ranch seasoning packet, garlic, and parmesan cheese.
Set 1/4 cup of the sauce aside. Place the chicken thighs in a gallon size plastic bag, pour the remaining sauce over the chicken. Close the bag and massage until evenly coated. Put the bag in the fridge to marinate at least 1 hour.
Place the chicken in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Brush with the buffalo sauce halfway through cooking and again about 2 minutes before it's done. During those last 2 minutes turn the broiler on high to make a crispier skin.
Serve extra parmesan cheese sprinkled over top if desired.
