Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole has everything delicious about chicken cordon bleu but made easily into a one pan casserole
Put the chicken, diced ham, diced cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, dijon mustard, kosher salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss until evenly mixed and put this into a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
Put the crackers in a gallon size plastic bag and crush them (I used a rolling pin). Pour the melted butter in the bag and shake until evenly coated. Put the crackers in an even layer over the casserole.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
