A unique and easy twist on regular quesadillas, the whole family loved this one!
In a small bowl whisk the eggs and milk together. Brush one side of a tortilla with the egg mixture.
In a large skillet over medium heat add 1 Tbsp butter and once it melts lay the tortilla flat, egg side down.
Note: These can also be cooked all at once on the Blackstone griddle or flat top grill over medium/ medium low heat.
On one side of the tortilla lay swiss cheese and ham slices, then fold the empty side of the tortilla over the side with ham and cheese. Let cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes.
Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 6 total quesadillas.
Serve with powdered sugar sprinkled over top and blackberry or strawberry jam for dipping.
