A gorgeous and healthy salad with a super simple homemade dressing!
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, buttermilk, and ranch packet. Set aside.
Toss the chicken and buffalo sauce together until evenly coated.
Make the salads on 4 plates or bowls by evenly dividing lettuce, buffalo chicken, tomatoes, both cheeses, avocado, and croutons.
Serve with the healthy homemade ranch.
Note: Leftover ranch can be stored in the fridge for one week.
