A gorgeous and healthy salad with a super simple homemade dressing!

Ingredients
  • 2 5.3 oz containers nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 6 oz buttermilk
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
  • 8 cups lettuce of choice
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 4 oz blue cheese crumbles
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 3/4 cup croutons
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, buttermilk, and ranch packet. Set aside.

  2. Toss the chicken and buffalo sauce together until evenly coated.

  3. Make the salads on 4 plates or bowls by evenly dividing lettuce, buffalo chicken, tomatoes, both cheeses, avocado, and croutons.

  4. Serve with the healthy homemade ranch.

    Note: Leftover ranch can be stored in the fridge for one week.
