Ingredients
  • 1 pound short cut pasta (elbow, penne, cavatappi, shells)
  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 8 oz cream cheese cut into cubes
  • 8 oz gouda cheese shredded
  • 16 oz block colby jack cheese shredded
  • 1 stick butter cut into 8 Tbsps
Instructions
  1. Boil the pasta according to package directions in salted water, drain and put the pasta into the slow cooker.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to the slow cooker (set aside 1/2 cup of the colby jack to sprinkle over top when it's finished). Stir until combined and set the slow cooker on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring a few more times throughout.

  3. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top and wait 5 minutes or until melted.
