Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2 to 3 Tbsps Sriracha (more or less depending on spice preference)
  • 2 tsps soy sauce
  • Optional: ranch dressing for dipping like boneless wings or serve with fried rice and extra sauce drizzled over top
Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into inch size pieces.

  2. Add the flour to a bowl. Crack the egg in another bowl and beat with a fork.

  3. Dip each chicken piece in the egg and then into the flour, turning to coat evenly. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket. Repeat with remaining chicken.

  4. Spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray. Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes, shake the basket halfway through cooking.

  5. Add the honey, Sriracha, and soy sauce to a bowl and whisk until evenly combined.

  6. Remove the chicken and place in a bowl. Add the honey Sriracha sauce and toss until evenly coated.

Note: sauce is thin so the recipe makes extra to have for dipping or drizzling more over top

  7. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping (like boneless wings) or with fried rice and extra sauce drizzled over top.
