An easy to make homemade pimento cheese for crackers or sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 4 oz chopped pimentos
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until mixed evenly. Add the ground red pepper and hot sauce if you want it spicy, leave out for non spicy. Serve with crackers or on a sandwich.
