A fun twist on traditional pimento cheese spread!

Ingredients
  • 1 roll jumbo honey biscuits (8 come in a roll)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 4 oz chopped pimentos in a jar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
Instructions
  1. Bake the biscuits according to package directions.

  2. In a bowl, combine, cheese, mayo, pimentos, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and ground red pepper and hot sauce (if using). Stir until evenly mixed.

  3. Add the cooked and shredded chicken to the pimento cheese and stir until combined.

  4. When the biscuits are cooked and at room temperature, slice them in half and add pile the pimento cheese chicken mixture on the bottom halves and place the top halves over top to make a sandwich.
