Smoked Shrimp Scampi Pasta has lots of jumbo fresh shrimp in a lemon garlic butter sauce and smoked for extra flavor
Add the melted butter, garlic, Old Bay, lemon juice, parsley, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to a foil pan or cast iron skillet.
Add the shrimp and toss to coat the shrimp. Place the pan on the smoker set to 250 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, tossing a few times throughout.
Boil the pasta according to package directions, drain, and add the cooked pasta to the pan with the shrimp on the smoker. Toss until evenly mixed. Smoke 15 more minutes.
Serve with parmesan cheese over top if desired.
