A delicious and easy Jim Beam glaze caramelized and served on salmon
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan (except salmon), whisk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, whisking occasionally.
Place salmon on a lined baking sheet, skin side down. Brush with 1/2 cup of the Jim Beam Bourbon Glaze and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
Place the baking sheet in a 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon. Set the broiler to high for an additional 2 minutes to create a caramelized glaze on top.
Serve with the remaining glaze on the side.
