A delicious and easy Jim Beam glaze caramelized and served on salmon

Ingredients
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup Jim Beam Bourbon
  • 3/4 cup Coca Cola
  • 3 Tbsps brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsps worcestershire sauce
  • 1 to 2 Tbsps hot sauce of choice
  • 2 Tbsps fresh lime juice
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon (cut into 4 fillets)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan (except salmon), whisk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, whisking occasionally.

  2. Place salmon on a lined baking sheet, skin side down. Brush with 1/2 cup of the Jim Beam Bourbon Glaze and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.

  3. Place the baking sheet in a 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon. Set the broiler to high for an additional 2 minutes to create a caramelized glaze on top.

  4. Serve with the remaining glaze on the side.
