Grilled Margarita Shrimp Kabobs are marinated in tequila, orange juice and lime juice and then grilled for the perfect easy dinner!

Ingredients
Grilled Margarita Shrimp Kabobs
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsps tequila
  • 2 Tbsps lime juice
  • 2 Tbsps orange juice
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil
  • 2 Tbsps honey
  • 1/2 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • pinch ground red pepper
Old Bay Aioli
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 to 2 tsps Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
Grilled Margarita Shrimp Kabobs
  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and put them in a gallon size plastic bag.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to a bowl and whisk until evenly combined.

  3. Put half of the tequila mixture in the bag with the shrimp, massage the bag and marinate 30 minutes.

  4. Put the shrimp on skewers.

    Grill over medium high heat for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes per side, brushing with remaining sauce as they grill.

Old Bay Aioli
  1. Whisk ingredients together in a bowl. Start with 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning and add more according to your taste. Serve with the Grilled Margarita Shrimp Kabobs for dipping.
