A gorgeous, fresh, and delicious salad with a homemade lime vinaigrette!
In a small bowl combine olive oil, lime juice, sugar, mustard, kosher salt, and pepper. Whisk together and taste for seasoning. Add more lime, salt, or pepper according to taste. Set the dressing aside.
In a large bowl combine lettuce, bacon, corn, feta, tomato halves, and avocado. Toss until evenly mixed. Serve with the lime dressing on the side.
If there is some left, place into containers and keep in the fridge for up to two days. Store leftover dressing in the fridge as well.
Note: Avocado will brown, remove avocado if you are storing leftovers.
