Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Crunchwrap is similar to the Taco Bell Crunchwrap, but made with buffalo chicken and cooked to crispy perfection in the air fryer!
Set a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and once the oil is hot add the ground chicken, kosher salt, and pepper. Cook 4 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add the buffalo sauce and cook 2 more minutes. Let cool.
Cut one of the flour tortillas into fourths.
To make each crunchwrap spray the flour tortilla and the fourth of a piece of tortilla with olive oil cooking spray and flip it over (oiled side down). In the center put a fourth of the ground chicken, an ounce of ranch dressing, half cup of lettuce, the tostada, and half cup of the cheese.
Put the fourth of a piece of flour tortilla on top, oiled side up. Fold the sides of the tortilla in over top of each other, overlapping slightly.
Note: Picture examples in post above.
Put the crunchwrap in the air fryer basket, folded side down. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on how crisp you want it.
Note: Depending on the size of your air fryer you may only be able to fit one or two at a time.
