Wasabi Ginger Grilled Chicken is a delicious and healthy grilled chicken recipe with a flavorful wasabi ginger marinade and glaze!
Trim extra fat from the chicken thighs if needed and put them in a gallon size plastic bag.
Add the wasabi sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic to a bowl and whisk until evenly mixed.
Add 1/2 cup of the wasabi ginger sauce to the bag with the chicken and massage the bag until evenly mixed. Marinate in the fridge several hours or overnight.
Set the grill to medium high. Put the chicken on the grill, sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side, brush with the sauce a few times throughout.
Serve the chicken with the remaining wasabi ginger sauce.
