Smoked BBQ Corn is the perfect summer side dish, especially if you are smoking your whole dinner! Flavorful BBQ garlic butter makes this corn extra yummy!

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsps melted butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp BBQ seasoning (I used Meat Church Honey Hog)
  • 6 ears corn on the cob shucked
Instructions
  1. Mix the garlic and half of the BBQ seasoning with the melted butter.

  2. Brush the BBQ butter on all sides of the corn. Sprinkle with remaining BBQ seasoning.

  3. Place the corn on a smoker set to 225-250 degrees for 45 minutes, turning a few times as it cooks.
