Ingredients
  • 1 head bok choy
  • 3 Tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp ginger paste or grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp white miso paste
Instructions
  1. Cut the bottom 2 inches off the head of bok choy. Separate the leaves and lay them flat on a tray.

  2. Add the soy sauce, ginger paste, and miso paste to a bowl and whisk until evenly combined. Brush on both sides of the bok choy leaves.

  3. Heat the grill to high for several minutes. Once it's very hot put the bok choy on the grill for 2 minutes, flip them and cook 1 more minute.

  4. Remove from grill and serve right away.
