Sriracha Bourbon BBQ Grilled Chicken starts with BBQ seasoned chicken, grilled to perfection with a Sriracha Bourbon BBQ glaze and sauce
Trim extra fat from the chicken thighs if desired and put them in a gallon size plastic bag.
Add the olive oil, BBQ seasoning, and 1 Tbsp of the Sriracha to the bag. Massage the bag until evenly combined and marinate in the fridge a few hours or overnight.
Add the BBQ sauce, bourbon, and remaining 3 Tbsps Sriracha to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring a few times.
Set the grill to medium high. Put the chicken on the grill, sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side, brush with the sauce a few times throughout.
Serve the chicken with the remaining Sriracha Bourbon BBQ sauce.
